There are a number of fine restaurants and shops within five minutes of the villa, whether you fancy, good old american faye, chinese, indian to name a few... you will not have far to travel...

The nearest supermarket, Publix is only a two minute drive away. Walmart 24 hours Super Centre is located five minutes from the villa.

The house is also ideally situated for golf lovers, with several championship golf courses again within just a few minutes drive. Highlands Reserve is a 5 minute drive, with Championsgate golf course a 15 minute drive. All golf courses are easily assessable from the villa, taking no more than 15-20 minutes.
